- Engage in harassment, discrimination, or violence.
- Circumvent Platform security or misuse APIs.
- Share malware or phishing links.
4. Content Ownership & Moderation
- User-Generated Content: You retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it.
- Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content violating these Terms without notice.
5. Disclaimers
- No Verification: Listings are user-generated. We do not validate claims or endorse users.
- As-Is Service: The Platform is provided without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or security.
6. Limitation of Liability
Myanmar Aid Connect shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses from peer-to-peer transactions.
- Unauthorized access to user data.
- Indirect damages (e.g., reputational harm, lost opportunities).
